אבניבי – אנגלית

 Abanibi

In 1978 I participated in the European Eurovision competition in Paris, France. This time we won first place with the song "Abanibi".Ehud manor wrote the lyrics, I composed the song,prepared the orchestration and conducted the  a symphonic orchestra. They don't use live musicians anymore,the singers sing with playback, it's a pitty.

Now I'll explain the meaning of the title:ABANIBI.

When we were little children in Israel we invented a secret language against our parents  it is called: "sefat ha bet", the B lamguage in which after every syllable we added the letter B For instance "te amo"  "tebe aba mobo".
